Running large SQL scripts in Apex (The scripts exceeds the maximum size allowed)

You try to run a big script in Apex, and it moans and you with the following:


Solution


Login as the Service Administrator (...pls/apex/apex_admin) and navigate to Home>Manage Service>Feature Configuration where you'll see a setting for "SQL Scripts Maximum Script Size in bytes".


You can now run the script.
